embedded energy regulatory compliance from 1st June 2022

The Australian Energy Regulator is updating the rules and guidelines for on-sellers of energy in embedded networks. From 1 June 2022, these new guidelines increase the maximum penalties for breaching these guidelines from $20,000 to $10,000,000!

Did you know that if your current embedded network service provider is not an approved energy retailer, the Owners Corporation could be liable for penalties? We champion sustainable ways of thinking, producing, and using energy in residential buildings with embedded networks.

Let us help you proactively review your energy arrangements to ensure your committee is compliant and not exposed to risk and penalties.
