Prior to connection, you may require your tank to be pumped out, as the wastewater collection tank must be free and clear of all liquid and debris. If you require a pump out at the time of connection, please select the pump out 'at initial connection' in the drop-down menu below, and the service will be provided on the same day as your connection.

If you require a pump out during construction, please select the pump out 'standard call out' in the drop-down menu below. Please allow up to 2 business days for the service to be completed. If you require a pump out sooner than this, please order an emergency pump out below.

Emergency pump out fee is application before 7am and after 3pm or on a public holiday.
