local thermal services

Thermal networks provide buildings and surrounding areas with low-carbon energy sources that are generally cleaner and more efficient in delivering heating and cooling. Using thermal networks can help projects to deliver higher Green Star ratings, they take up less space than central power plants — and don't create eyesores like outdoor package units.

Typically generated by electric or gas boilers, or a cogeneration process, thermal energy is converted into hot water and pumped through a network of underground pipes to heat exchangers in buildings of all types and sizes.

Altogether works with clients to design bespoke thermal networks that meet their unique needs, and cleanly and safely power new communities.
