The online portal is now available to all Altogether customers. This handy tool is all they need to know about their utility account.

Through the Altogether online portal customer can:

  • view bill history
  • download PDF bills and generate an account statement
  • compare previous usage
  • pay bills
  • update account details, apply for direct debit, add an authorised person
  • contact us

Logging in is simple

Simply click on "my account" below and use the email address you used to open an account with and create a password.
