There are some things we can't pick up during the pre-connection inspection (eg draw wires must be installed in the conduits), so please make sure your home complies will all items in your approved Altogether building approval and our connection requirements. If we find additional defects on connection day you will be charged an incomplete connection fee when booking another connection timeslot.

To avoid having to the pay this fee please read the connection assessment requirements which provides guidance on what will be assessed by Altogether before connecting your home to the wastewater system and making it habitable to move in.

If we attended the property and your tank was not free and clear of liquid and debris please select incomplete connection with pump out included.
