In November and December our Water Operations and Community Growth Teams together connected 93 houses across NSW to their local water centres.
This is 25% of our forecasted connections for the year, in just 7 weeks!
This is a huge effort for these teams and no small feat - with a small but nimble team.
It's been a crazy, hectic year for everyone and we are so proud of the teams for closing it out with a great result.
We are grateful to our contractors, SRE and Limcora, for their support as well. Without them we couldn't provide the level of service that our customers deserve.
This tiny team look after all the things that need to happen before a house is connected to their water supply - from development of the farmland into sub-divided lots, all the way to a new customer being connected to wastewater, recycled water and drinking water networks and moving into their new home.
They make sure things happen smoothly for our customers and look forward to launching our online shop in the new year to further improve this journey.
