At Altogether, we are proud of the success of the Community Program, which launched less than two years ago and has already made a positive impact on the local community.

Our Community Engagement Officer, Diego Salcedo, has been instrumental in this success. He has used a variety of communication channels to reach out to the community and educate them about the importance of water conservation, including face-to-face, letter box drops, and social media.

Additionally, he has facilitated the CEDP Schools Program at Santa Sophia, driven local business alliances to profile Altogether, and engaged proactively and reactively on private and public community Facebook pages.

To further educate the community, Diego has successfully utilized the Altogether Academy, an online learning platform that provides educational materials and resources about water conservation. He has also used the local water centers to help customers see the direct benefits of Altogether's services.

Through his work, Diego has been able to increase customer engagement and awareness of Altogether's services.

As we move forward and more residents move into our communities, we look forward to continuing to partner with Diego to educate the public, provide educational resources, and drive local business alliances to profile Altogether.
