The Gold Coast's Q1 redefines urban living with intelligent electricity and water metering. Remote monitoring and control elevate efficiency, with bulk electricity purchases translating into shared savings, creating a win-win for both the community and the environment.
Meanwhile, Central Park in Sydney, a Frasers Property Australia development, clinches awards for its sustainability. Wastewater, rainwater, and even greenwall return water are collected, treated, and reintegrated into the community's fabric for various purposes. It's a testament to innovation that sustains.
