Altogether Partners with Realm to Improve Strata Communities

Altogether and Realm are working together to transition a group of embedded energy network and water clients under agency management from Altogether’s billing agency solution (Altogether Solutions) to purpose-built billing provider Realm.

As a specialist strata billing provider, Realm can offer this hand-selected group of communities a streamlined and responsive service whilst maintaining current competitive pricing. Realm has invested in the same billing platform as Altogether, thus ensuring a safe and seamless transfer of customer data.

Altogether is currently seeking consent from clients before beginning the transfer of any customer data to Realm. Communities that do not want to transfer will remain with Altogether, but with increased FY26 pricing that reflects higher regulatory and administrative costs. Community members whom opt to transfer, will experience no service disruption as all billing information and meter readings will be maintained during the transition.
