Altogether Pitt Town reuses wastewater through its local sustainable recycled water network, providing homes with a secure and environmentally friendly source of water to keep gardens and local sporting fields green all year.

Each license is unique but in this community recycled water can be used for:

toilet flushing
cold water supplies to washing machines
irrigation of public open space
irrigation of gardens and lawns
use in ornamental water features
car washing
washdown of hard surfaces

Altogether's services are licensed under the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (NSW):

The infrastructure is constructed, operated and maintained under network operator licence 10_014 held by Altogether Pitt Town Pty Ltd
The retail, customer service and billing services are provided under retail supplier's licence 13_001R held by Altogether Group Pty Ltd

Commercial operations approval has been granted in stages on 1st June 2012 and 21st May 2020.

How can I connect water to my property?

If you are planning your new home you will need to consider water connection. Before submitting your DA your building and landscape plans will need to be approved by Altogether and before you are able to move in a connection certificate is required to gain your occupancy certificate.
